Spirit Financial’s bylaws provide a process for the nomination and election of officials to represent the membership. Any member can apply for nomination by completing the Board of Directors Application and mailing the completed application to:

All elections shall be determined by plurality vote and shall be by ballot boxes except where there is only one nominee for each position to be filled. When only one member is nominated for each position each nominee will be elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting on April 7, 2026.
