Teller Line (Audio Response System)

For First-Time users:
- Enter your account number followed by # (ex. 12345678 #). 
- You will then be asked to set your Personal Identification Number (PIN). 
- For validation purposes, you will be asked to enter your Social Security number. 
- You will then be asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). After you enter your new PIN you will hear that the PIN has been set. 
- You will then be asked to enter your Account Number followed by the # sign. 
- You will then be asked to enter your PIN. 
Audio Response System menu:
1. Balance and Transactions
- Current Balance 
- Deposit history 
- Withdrawal history 
- Interest paid or Dividends earned 
- Cleared Checks (Drafts) 
- List of All Active Loans 
- Complete history of all transactions 
2. Funds transfer or check requests
- Funds transfer 
- Request check withdrawal 
3. Calculate Loan Payment
- Calculate loan payment 
- Calculate amount can be borrowed 
4. Special Services
- Change PIN 
- Change to a new account 
- List all active loans
