For First-Time users:
Enter your account number followed by # (ex. 12345678 #).
You will then be asked to set your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
For validation purposes, you will be asked to enter your Social Security number.
You will then be asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). After you enter your new PIN you will hear that the PIN has been set.
You will then be asked to enter your Account Number followed by the # sign.
You will then be asked to enter your PIN.
