For First-Time users:

  • Enter your account number followed by # (ex. 12345678 #).

  • You will then be asked to set your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

  • For validation purposes, you will be asked to enter your Social Security number.

  • You will then be asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN).  After you enter your new PIN you will hear that the PIN has been set.

  • You will then be asked to enter your Account Number followed by the # sign.

  • You will then be asked to enter your PIN.
